Almost flawless
The house and the 360 service was awesome with a few flaws. The good: the house was mostly GREAT and accommodated our family group of 25 VERY well. The pool is larger than appears in the pics. Not waterfront but the beach is only steps away. The 360 service was quick to respond to every question VERY quickly. The bad: We had to run thru the "setup" for thermostats on all 3 floors... really? The pool door alarm was annoying, especially since we didn't know it was there and we set it off within minutes of arrival when checking out the house initially. (360 helped us resolve both immediately) The ugly: the elevator was "wonky" at best, a trap hazard for kids at worst. (360 sent a tech over immediatley but even he got stuck in it so we blocked it off) This would have been a HUGE issue if my nephew with recent knee surgery had come.
