Total waste of time company
Total waste of time company, found them advertised on Instagram. I filled out a claim on their website. They never intended to pay any compensation from the airline but collected very personal information. They gave one excuse after the other to avoid payout they rejected 2 out of the 3 banking details I gave them because they don’t bank in those countries (UK & Norway) they finally accepted banking details from a third European country. Then the excuse changed, I emailed them a picture of my passport 6 or 7 separate times. There was always a problem with the picture, according to them. They now have my passport details; lord knows what they want this information for. They don’t have a business telephone contact number. The number I did find was for a British EE mobile number. Their registered address (from google) seems to be a block of flats somewhere in the UK.
