Arrived on date /time and got exactly what I ordered. The downside is that the hay is packaged in plastic. It wouldn't matter to me if the hay was not in plastic and mixed up but I suppose that isn't practical in terms of weight etc. Isn't there a biodegradable option? Hence 4/5 stars.
