Terrible Experience
This entire experience with TrimRX felt like a scam. Not sure if they are legit in any way. But after signing up and paying them, for several months they sent me a 1-week dose of medication when I had paid them for 4 weeks of doses. They were impossible to get in touch with and I sent them over 15 chats and email messages trying to get this fixed with zero replies. Then I just tried to cancel. No replies. They kept charging me. So I disputed the charges with my credit card and sent all records to my bank for the claim. Finally after months of this, I got a reply from TrimRx saying they canceled my subscription and will not charge me again - but they told me to stop disputing with my bank! No way - I only received partial doses when I paid for full months so I continued with my claim. Suddenly TrimRX credited my card for one month’s cost. This has been a really frustrating experience. I use a more reputable company now for my medication. I do not recommend getting involved with TrimRX. Be careful!
