THE WORST OF THE WORST
Run, do not walk, to any other brand than Pro-Form. I've had this machine since Covid and it's been an ongoing nightmare. It constantly doesn't work or requires lengthy updates. Customer service wait times on the phone are lengthy and you will often be disconnected after waiting for 20-40 minutes. This happened to me earlier today. The customer service chat option is equally bad as the chat often resets. Also, did I mention that the machine requires two people to reset it? Pro-Form literally destroys any early morning motivation to workout and seize the day. Good on you, guys.
