Terrible company with terrible customer…
Terrible company with terrible customer service. Have asked them for my parcel multiple times but it's obvious they do not make any attempts on tracking it, and only asked me to wait. Turns out they have had the parcel in the warehouse long ago but didn't care to follow up. The delayed parcel means that I need to pay more for faster shipping to have the item on time, and they refused to take responsibility of it. Don't support this terrible company!
