Excellent support – problem solved quickly
I had a problem with my printer; it showed an error during startup, so I contacted Anycubic support. I sent them photos and a short video explaining the issue. The support team responded quickly and helped me check the possible causes. After reviewing the information, they sent replacement parts (printhead cable and motherboard) free of charge. The package arrived without any problems, and after replacing the printhead board, the printer is working perfectly again. I really appreciate the professionalism and support from the team at Anycubic. They took the issue seriously and made sure everything was resolved. Very good customer service experience.
