What an absolute con of a company. I ordered 2 items; both then appeared out of stock and asked me if I wanted to exchange. To avoid the hassle (or so I thought), I chose an exchange. 3 weeks later, the item was delivered, but it was the wrong product. They offered a percentage credit incentive to keep it, but even with the first incentive, I would have been financially worse off than buying the product they sent. They offered another percentage credit incentive slightly more than the difference between the item I was sent and the item I purchased. They then credited me less than the offered percentage of my original purchase, making it over £30 more than buying the exchanged product.- shocking customer service - Avoid, buy from a high street retailer - not these cowboys
