Confusing subscription cancellation options
I bought what I thought was a 12 month subscription which had the option to cancel “at any time”. What they fail to make clear on their website is that you can cancel but the cancellation will only come into effect at the end of the 12 months. So, what I thought would be a £20 birthday present for my son is now looking like it’s going to cost me over £340! I feel like their website is vague on purpose with lots of offers to pull you in without giving you the chance to actually change your mind. Email communications are also not clear about the full price of the remaining 11 crates once my first “discounted” crate had been delivered. I like the product but I don’t think they are good value for money and I would not recommend purely because of their sales tactics.
