BLUETTI: Just OK
BLUETTI's officially certified refurbished support was of no help when they couldn't resolve my device's issues, and they never offered to exchange it under the 2-year warranty. It's been less than a year since I purchased this unit. Their strategy seems to be to exhaust consumers until we decide to cut our losses and move on. The company has earned an "F" rating from the U.S. organization dedicated to promoting honesty and fairness in business transactions. Bottom line: Read all of the negative reviews before you purchase. I recommend that you pay more for a U.S.-based brand, even though their products are made in China, as well. At least there will be some modicum of accountability.
