I agree with everyone. Totally a scam, stay away and DO NOT sign any free trial with them or you will pay a serious price I did not even sign up I downloaded the app, and didnt put in any credit card information, never got a welcome email or anything figured I was fine but emailed them from my 3 different emails trying to figure out if I had an active account with them... 7 days later I get an email saying to ask questions with then, click on it and was being charged. Tried to show that this account was never used and I did not sign up and they wrote that I had to have paid.... It was an apple download that I didnt submit anything with. So insane and waited days to respond to all emails. They do not understand the idea of in-app billing and how a credit card was never added to an account nor was a question even asked or the app used. They also keep trying to remove all bad reviews but thankfully it is not working. Because the customer service and actions of Numerade will not be silenced. Date of experience: July 09, 2024
