I had great aspirations and bought all of the equipment almost a year ago to heal an infection. However, the advanced software is a domain for geeks, not the average person. They sort of promise the moon but never train the customer into any depth for anything but a simple condition. I have done everything I was told, hired three trainers, and I still have the infection. Calling support is useless unless you have a software issue. They won't talk about settings for advanced care; it is basically sunshine and lollipops. No one talks about the failed cases, the buyers who wander around trying to get answers, and the hype is disappointing. As a licensed health professional, I like to be told as it is, and I didn't get the good and the bad, just the good. It does kill bacteria, maybe a few a day, but the generators for all the hype can't knock out any bacteria completely. I use frequency-specific microcurrent, another frequency-based product, and they train customers with podcasts and symposiums. They are worldwide in the thousands, but don't cover infection. The only people who excel at this are geeks, computer nerds, and radio people, and they are making their living training these lost and desperate souls. I am not saying it doesn't work at all. But if you have a complex situation, it is not addressed, will not be discussed, and will be avoided completely. I had the greatest faith in this product, but it lacks integrity toward the customer and training. Just a thick user's guide that comes with the product. How you use and manipulate the software for specific situations is not there. I just talked to another woman who bought it all, has used it, her infection is no better, and she doesn't know what to do. Spooky could tell people like this to call trainers, but they only speak about the navigation of the software, not problems with the software not working for health conditions. They avoid that. You buy the equipment, you are essentially on your own unless you want to spend your life becoming a radio frequency geek and learn to make it work. Three thousand dollars later, I still have the urinary infection.
