I recently placed an order with Moogold to recharge my Mobile Legends account, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. The website promised delivery within 30 minutes, but my order was delayed by 72 hours, and I still had not received it. This seems to be a common issue with Moogold, as 90% of the time, orders are delayed. The support team provides vague and inconsistent responses, often stating that the order is "currently being verified by their staff." They never give a proper answer or make you feel secure about your purchase. Instead, they ask you to continue waiting and provide fake estimations based on how long you've already waited, citing high order traffic as an excuse. Adding to the frustration, the sales support team is unresponsive. It has been three days since I made my purchase, and I have yet to receive any helpful communication from them. In conclusion, my experience with Moogold has been extremely frustrating. The lack of communication, false promises, and consistent delays make it a highly unreliable service. I caution others to be wary of the claims made by Moogold and consider alternative providers Like SEAGM which is 1000% better than this one .
