I am a loyal customer
I am a loyal customer and have purchased various items with which I was happy. I have ordered 3 items in July and the money has been taken out of my account. I have however never received an email with confirmation and order number. My numerous attempts to contact them, via email, live chat and the web site all went unanswered. Very disappointing and not knowing where to go from here. Can't recommend Buykud if there is no service in this area.
