Our experience was made great by the amazing assistance we got whilst planning for the medical trip. We got doctors' opinions and estimated costs from Heena Chawla which is vital for planning purposes and she even organised a video consultation for us. We acquired our online visas within a short space of time, accommodation was arranged and a member of the Vaidam team picked us from the airport to our guesthouse. A mobile line was immediately arranged for us as well as Rupees for day-to-day use. At the hospital, we had all errands our with the assistance of Abdul Wahid. We really appreciate all his running around for doctor's appointments, tests, payments, results, admission for surgery till we were discharged from hospital. The team we worked with is very patient, punctual, reliable and diligent in their work. They were in touch with us throughout our stay. We will forever be greatful.
