Appreciation for our support person- Avroto

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Vaidam Healthcare, especially Avroto, for the exceptional care, guidance, and support provided to my family during our medical journey to India. We travelled from Fiji to India for my father’s Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) surgery at Medanta Hospital. Travelling to a foreign country for such a major procedure can be overwhelming, especially with the uncertainty, emotional stress, and challenges of adjusting to an unfamiliar environment. However, having Avroto by our side made this journey significantly easier and more comfortable. From the very beginning, Avroto was kind, humble, patient, honest, understanding, and genuinely compassionate. What truly stood out was that his support extended far beyond his professional and administrative responsibilities. He not only ensured that our hospital arrangements and coordination ran smoothly but also went out of his way to help us settle into life in India, navigate unfamiliar situations, and feel at ease so far away from home. Throughout our stay, Avroto consistently checked on us, patiently answered our questions, offered guidance, and made himself available whenever we needed assistance. Medanta hospital is the first in cancer medication

I have got a pain free, less bleeding and safe medication in my stay in medanta hospital in India . I appreciate mr. Avoroto who helped and lead me in my stay for 23 days in India medanta. Great thanks and unforgettable memory to mr. Avoroto!

I was diagnosed with AVN just two months ago and soon after decided to visit India for treatment. Within this short time, Vaidam managed everything with utmost care—from video consultations to appointments with highly experienced doctors. I sincerely thank Mrs. Sonima for her patience and support. I would especially like to mention Mr. Avroto, whose companionship throughout my stay in Delhi was truly exceptional. A Heartfelt Thank You to Vaidam Health and Amrita Hospital ❤️🙏 I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Vaidam for the incredible support and assistance they provided to my family during one of the most difficult times in our lives. My mother was diagnosed with cancer, and we travelled all the way from Vanuatu to India for her treatment at Amrita Hospital. Being in a foreign country for medical treatment was not easy, especially while facing the fear and uncertainty that comes with a cancer diagnosis. But the support we received throughout this journey made everything a little easier for our family. A very special thank you goes to the young gentleman Gaurav Gangwani from Vaidam who spoke French. As I speak French, being able to communicate with him in French made such a big difference for me. He was kind, patient, understanding, and always made communication easy and comfortable. He went above and beyond by helping us arrange taxis, accommodation, transportation, and other things we needed during our stay in India. He was also always available to answer our calls and questions whenever we needed help. Knowing that someone was there to assist us, even when we were far away from home, gave us so much comfort and reassurance. We would also like to express our deepest gratitude to the doctors and nurses at Amrita Hospital who have taken such incredible care of my mother. Vaidam at our Service

Vaidam made all easy and smooth. From organising the initial consultation and facilitating the same with the doctor, arranging for travel requirements and documentation, airport pickup and arranging accomodation in India. The only thing I had to worry about was getting better. The company has an experienced team and assigned officials to assist every step of the way, that makes it all easy especially when you find yourself in a foreign land. Special mention to Dr. Khushboo, and her team (Shreyashi, Anubhav, Bharat and Buddhadev). These went beyond their mandate to make my visit comfortable, well appreciated! I recommend their services to all without any reservation.

Excellent support service for robotics surgery in Banglore

My dad had a robotic surgery in Sept 2024 and Viadam Health facilitated the process. From getting the quotes from different medical doctors to scheduling & attending virtual consultation meetings with the doctor, airport pick up, supporting with accommodation upon my parents’ arrival , initial hospital visits, airport drop off after 6weeks of being in India etc, Dr. Shruti and her team were professional and provided excellent services. The selected Surgeon, Dr. Mohan of Fortis Hospital Bangalore was absolutely brilliant. My dad received the best care at such a critical time and I am deeply grateful to have contacted Viadam Health. The help we recieved has been invaluable. Our 17 days journey have been exceptional thanks to Mr. Avorto. He was with us every step of the way, giving unwavering support whenever we needed. Understanding our specific requirements, he connected us with top neuro surgeons. Avorto bhai also played a crucial role in facilitating clear and efficient communication throughout our time. After consulting with few doctors, we decided to do our treatment in Kauvery Hospital, from Dr. K Sridhar. The decision was also a part of suggestion from our coordinator. Now we are seeing the good results.

Our experience was made great by the special treatment we received.

Our experience was made great by the amazing assistance we got whilst planning for the medical trip. We got doctors' opinions and estimated costs from Heena Chawla which is vital for planning purposes and she even organised a video consultation for us. We acquired our online visas within a short space of time, accommodation was arranged and a member of the Vaidam team picked us from the airport to our guesthouse. A mobile line was immediately arranged for us as well as Rupees for day-to-day use. At the hospital, we had all errands our with the assistance of Abdul Wahid. We really appreciate all his running around for doctor's appointments, tests, payments, results, admission for surgery till we were discharged from hospital. The team we worked with is very patient, punctual, reliable and diligent in their work. They were in touch with us throughout our stay. We will forever be greatful.

Very good service all along the way.

Very good service all along the way. I got an eye surgery in Istanbul, handled by Vaidam and everything went right. From the first contact and explanations, translations to English or French to the doctor and medical staff.

Pankaj and the whole Vaidam Health team had been a great help through out my mom's medical treatment. They helped us find the best hospital and the doctor. From picking up from the airport, having my mom admitted and even after the treatment they helped us in every step.
