A Heartfelt Thank You to Vaidam Health and Amrita Hospital ❤️🙏 I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Vaidam for the incredible support and assistance they provided to my family during one of the most difficult times in our lives. My mother was diagnosed with cancer, and we travelled all the way from Vanuatu to India for her treatment at Amrita Hospital. Being in a foreign country for medical treatment was not easy, especially while facing the fear and uncertainty that comes with a cancer diagnosis. But the support we received throughout this journey made everything a little easier for our family. A very special thank you goes to the young gentleman Gaurav Gangwani from Vaidam who spoke French. As I speak French, being able to communicate with him in French made such a big difference for me. He was kind, patient, understanding, and always made communication easy and comfortable. He went above and beyond by helping us arrange taxis, accommodation, transportation, and other things we needed during our stay in India. He was also always available to answer our calls and questions whenever we needed help. Knowing that someone was there to assist us, even when we were far away from home, gave us so much comfort and reassurance. We would also like to express our deepest gratitude to the doctors and nurses at Amrita Hospital who have taken such incredible care of my mother. Thank you for your dedication, professionalism, compassion, and for the wonderful work you have done for her. ❤️ My mother is now recovering and continuing to receive care, and seeing her progress gives our whole family so much hope and gratitude. We know that her recovery journey continues, but we are truly thankful for the care and support she has received. To the doctors, nurses, the entire team at Amrita Hospital, the Vaidam team, and especially the young gentleman who was always there to assist us! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 🙏❤️ Travelling from a small island nation like Vanuatu all the way to India for cancer treatment was a journey we will never forget. We arrived with fear and uncertainty, but we were welcomed with kindness, care, professionalism, and hope. Merci beaucoup.
