The reviews said the DF64 gen 2 was a great grinder that solved most if not all the biggest problems of the first iteration of the product and so far I have no complaints about it. It grinds very fast and the retention is low. Ideally, in a perfect world, it would stop automatically too, but pressing a button twice for each coffee is not the end of the world. That said, they use FedEx for the shipping which are the bane of my existence and it is now clear that I will never ever ever for as long as I live have a good experience when that company has to get a package near customs
