Cummunication and Shipping Information Failure
ordered placed the 31st of july order wasnt officially proccessed until the 2nd of august payment went flawless but the sheer lack of information for shipping is crazy they have an amazing selection for sure the big issue ive already ran into is not only are the items on the site from second and or third parties but order numbers for verification start with a capital W and have six numbers the order number i have is just six numbers i try going into the option to track your order and just puts me into a loop of verification failed please refresh page my girlfriend has sent the support team two seperate messages and spent two hours today on the live chat trying to find any information on the order placed and the only information she was able to get was that our order is coming from a third party and we now are essentially playing a waiting game on if and when we get our order or if we ever get any kind of shipping information and no theres no sense in trying to look for a refund option the only option is a returns option which is only good for when you have a proper order number or the sku number for the product or the product itself its been five buisness days as of today if havent received anything by the start of next week i will be doing everything in my consumer power to get a refund Edit) (order number according to the route app that is used for shipping and tracking my order number 587302)
