Comment on change to prepaid reservation
I would like to describe a case where I wanted to change my car reservation due to a sudden change in my travel schedule. The reservation was on a prepaid basis. So after communicating with RentingCarz via email several times, I was able to receive a new reservation. RentingCarz's quick and kind response was very good. However, I wish the change could be easily made on your reservation site.
