I strongly advise against using Truehost. I’ve migrated all my clients’ websites away from them due to ongoing reliability issues. Their servers are frequently down, causing serious disruptions. Recently, I was unable to access one of my websites, and email services completely stopped working, despite my domain and hosting being fully active and paid up. To make matters worse, their support has been replaced with AI chatbots that are completely unhelpful. The chatbot provided irrelevant responses and no real assistance. After 48 hours, there was still no resolution. If you value uptime, proper support, and peace of mind, I recommend looking elsewhere. Don’t waste your money.
