This is a SCAM!
Don't buy anything from this company, they just steal your money. In March 2024 i ordered a z20 pro and an extra battery. They send it to a wrong address and I had an email correspondence with them about sending it to the correct address. They never informed me about anything and the bike never came, so at last I claimed my money back. Every time I email with them, over the last 3 month, they write that my money will be back on my account within 48 hours, but they never come. So they are just a bunch of thieves and swindlers. It's been 72 hours since pvybike answered here and I immediately wrote an email to them, even though they write they will handle the email within 24 hours, they have not. So don't believe in them. After some email communication a month ago, I gave them info to pay my money back. They promised to do so within 24 hours. But as all the other times, they do not pay anything. So once again they are just a bunch of criminals. DON'T buy anything from them, you will only regret you did.
