Customer service is abysmal. Their warranties mean nothing. We had a ShelterLogic Arrow Driftwood Series shed collapse into a twisted heap of cheap material less than 9 months after we bought it. Their 10-12 year "special warranty" is misleading and useless. In writing, they do not even defend the inappropriateness of their products as sold in Canada, because they are apparently not made for Canadian climate yet are sold by Canadian Tire. Customer service offered us 40% off on a replacement shed when we provided photos of the remnants of their shed and asked for a refund. Why would we pay to buy a replacement of garbage for garbage? Shady company and cheap products. Avoid at all cost. And Canadian Tire should also stop selling their products.
