I love Joules clothing and the customer service is excellent
I love Joules clothing and unfortunately I encountered an issue with my favourite Black Heidi Frill Neck Jersey top. It shrunk in the wash and I made contact with Joules to get this sorted out. Deborah from The Joules Team was really helpful and resolved my issue very quickly - I have been sent a replacement top. I am super pleased and delighted with how my issue has been dealt with and resolved.
