Nothing but easy
Nothing but easy! From the start of looking for a villa (thanks to Rifki) to during our stay and when we arrived home. We had an unfortunate experience at our first villa (no fault to the villa or staff) but villa finder (Sheila) was able to move us within a few hours, and although we loved our first villa, the second one was perfect. It was very much appreciated, to be heard with our concerns and action taken so fast. Comforting to know you can reach out at any time and someone is there to assist and help. After we moved villas - Sheila remained contact to check in on us and we felt reassured and nothing was an issue. We will be booking through Villa finder for our next trip. Thank you
