The app support for Lumen is awesome
The app support for Lumen is awesome. I love being able to gauge what my body is using for fuel, and therefore, what it needs. More importantly, I now have the tools available to see fairly immediately how my body is responding to what I recently ate. There is no more “just stay on a low carb diet and increase exercise” as professional advice for weight loss. This tool helps identify the solid steps that someone can take to facilitate weight loss. Actionable steps with observable results.
