Be careful before you place your final order
Be careful before you order. I made the mistake of placing an order when I was on vacation on my cell. I was looking and added 4 items to my cart after I also placed one order. However the second order I went to the checkout page and wanted to see the itemized breakdown of the things I added including discount. Granted you can't see that until the very last page and when you hit this tiny arrow on the side to expand the page. However there was a bit of a lag when you get to that page before it loads the section right under payments. As I was clicking that loaded and shifted the arrow up and I accidentally clicked the pay button that went right in place of the arrow section. I immediately clicked refresh to see if it didn't go through but it did. There's no confirmation or anything until I went to me emails and saw the confirmation email. I emailed in immediately to let them know said I was deciding between 2 items and didn't need 1 of the items. These were final sale. I was hoping they would understand but 2 customer service agents gave me their standard answers and wouldn't help. I will unfortunately never order from them again since they weren't sympathetic at all and didn't understand that yes it was human error but also their page loading shifted the final payment buttons.
