⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed My experience with JustFlowers.com was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I ordered a special topiary plant for my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday. She loves plants, and I wanted to send her a meaningful gift from Florida to Kentucky. I placed the order on Wednesday for delivery on Friday, her actual birthday. On Friday morning, I called to confirm the delivery and was told they had no driver available to deliver the order that day. This completely ruined the birthday surprise. As compensation, they offered me only $15 and promised delivery on Saturday instead. Unfortunately, Saturday was no better. When I called again, I was told they still had nobody available to make the delivery. At that point, I had no choice but to cancel the order. Not only did they miss the original delivery date, but they also failed to deliver on the rescheduled date. To make matters worse, I was left on hold for approximately 35 minutes waiting to speak with a supervisor, and no supervisor ever came to the phone. This company ruined a very special occasion that can never be repeated. An 80th birthday is a milestone, and their lack of reliability and poor customer service turned what should have been a joyful surprise into a frustrating disappointment. I canceled the order and was informed that my refund will take up to seven days to return to my account. I will never use JustFlowers.com again, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable service for an important occasion.
