Great company with excellent customer servcie
I don't usually buy clothes online from companies I am not familiar with, because I worry about product quality, shipping, or return/refund issues. But Goelia is the one brand I trust. I've always been happy with their clothing quality and had never experienced any problems until my most recent order. They accidentally sent me the wrong size, so I contacted customer service. They responded quickly and handled everything professionally. The refund was issued smoothly, and the process was easy (just make sure you keep all the product packaging, tags, labels, and invoice for any return, exchange, or refund). I'm very satisfied with their excellent customer service. Goelia is a quality company with quality products and outstanding support. Highly recommended!
