Delivery estimates are a lie
EDIT: update, the tracking I had never updated, but I did finally get a response from dankstop where they said they had notice on their end of the item being delivered on the 20th. This package was nowhere to be found, and the customer service agent promptly set up a replacement shipment. This one was actually trackable, and arrived on the 22nd. The product itself is perfect, and I appreciate finally getting a response and resolution! Delivery estimates are a lie, your order will just sit in limbo if it ever even ships out, the customer service never even responds. I ordered from this website ONLY because it had a Delivery Estimate, and the FAQ said things generally get shipped out within 24 hours. I thought, great. It's not been over a week, and the item still isn't even SHIPPED. The page still shows a delivery estimate for a date that has ALREADY PASSED. This is ridiculous and I want a full refund, don't even bother shipping it out, not that I even expect it to ever do so. Need to order from a different website that's actually known for shipping out items. Order #W580475
