Never buy the machine
Never buy the machine. Extremely disappointed with the Rotimatic Plus! Spent a fortune on this machine and it's simply NOT worth the money. The performance doesn't justify the price at all. I ordered spare parts over 2 months ago and they haven't arrived yet — zero updates, zero accountability! Customer service has been completely unhelpful. I deeply regret this purchase. Save your hard-earned money and look elsewhere. This brand has failed me in every way possible.
