The Most Irresponsible Seller I have Seen
One of my boxes came damaged due to an obvious packing issue (one unscrewed pigment bottle causing red pigment to spill everywhere and stain everything). Even after providing photos of the damages and explaining what the issues were, the customer service team was unwilling to offer any help or refunds. They insisted they needed to “submit a claim” to the shipping company, even though it was pretty clear that they were the ones that messed up. After I reiterated that I needed my damaged order refunded along with the unshipped items, they stopped responding to me. Absolutely do not purchase from this irresponsible company!
