App is either jumping with static on screen or closing itself down over and over
I signed up for a tour that I was going to take tomorrow. I installed the app on my phone. I tried at least 8 times to get it to work. All it did was bounce up and down with static on the screen or shut itself down. Per AI, this is due to: "Because the "static jumping" happens immediately upon opening, this is a launch-level graphics conflict. Since you're on a cutting-edge Samsung 'X' with Android OS 'X', the app's initial "drawing" instructions are likely crashing against the new OS's display protocols." Also the transaction is foreign, so due to potential fraud, I closed my credit card. I also emailed them for an immediate credit. Too bad, I was interested in trying an app that is voice guided rather than where you have to constantly turn your phone on and look at your screen to follow the tour.
