Made things right
I've ordered from BH four or five times and never had an issue until recently. They've always sent authentic products, fairly quickly and at some competitive discointer prices. My last order never arrived and I didn't add the shipping insurance to my order so I figured I was in for an ordeal as I attempted to get my order canceled/refunded. Upon receiving my complaint, customer service acknowledged my order was lost in transit and acted in good faith by refunding my order when they most likely didn't have to. I was and am extremely grateful and think they deserve another opportunity from myself as a customer. They have always done me right and I thank them.
