Hard to communicate with, Don't want to take responsibility.
Had problems with my DF83v from df64coffee.com. I received the grinder malfunctioning straight out the box. The grinder was making bad abnormal sound and shaking and was always grinding too coarse. Had lots of problems communicating with them and they don't really want to take responsibility, and made the blame on me, and said the burrs weren't suitable and I should buy more burrs from them. I can't even believe this. I finally discovered problem with grinder was the screw in the pre-breaker was not screwed in from the factory and was hitting the inner lid and preventing from grinding finer. The grinder came this way from the factory, very disappointed and took hours of my time and much frustration. They eventually sent me replacement parts but communicating with them is so hard.
