The amazing Sl-crystal!
What made the experience great? Hmm what didnt?! should be the question! I have followed SL-crystal for multiple years just longing for when i would be able to purchase from them. And this summer i was finally able to, and the experience has just been amazing! All the host's are amazing, kind and really try their best for their customers. And the prices! Talk about amazing, we are all often shocked about how you an give us such a great quality for such an amazing price! Thank you for making your store so accessible for everyone to purchase from even if one might not have so much in their bank x)<3 And then, if there is anything they dont have for the moment they will gladly help try to find it for you and bring it on to the next live as long as you were able to find it so quick, which in all fairness you often are! Else you bring it to the live as soon as you have gotten your hands on it :D And then coming to the packaging! Wow, everything is so well packed so that nothing arrives damaged or lost! Sure it may take a little time for it to arrive but far from super long. And when waiting for something this good you cant wait too long! The customer service are probably the only part of SL-crystal that i haven't had any real contact with yet, and how amazing isn't that?! It means i have had no need for it! But with how quick everyone at SL is at answering questions one may have, i doubt it would take more than a day for them to reply with a great answer to your question! Some last words about SL-crystal: Thank you so much Sophie and Lee for creating your business and sharing it with the world! Your store and live shows always make my day/night, as you most often are live during the night for me, and you would never be able to see a sad face on me when your shows are on, even if i might not purchase anything that day <3 Often in the mornings i also tell my mom about how fun we had during the show's and about all the friends i have made thanks to you! So once again! Thank you so incredibly much Sophie and the whole SL-team! You are amazing, and i wish you all the best in life and business ofc <3 Best wishes from "Animelover on tt" <3
