UPDATE #2: I have been in contact with Hermosa and they said they would issue a refund. That was on Thursday. August 20th. The refund is thru PayPal. As of today, I still have not received any notification of a refund. Will continue to post updates as I receive them. UPDATE: As you can see the company responded to this review stating they sent me an email after they replied. Please don't be fooled. I have yet to receive an email. Will keep you all posted!! I recently ordered a wig that looked nothing like what was advertised. I emailed them letting them know I wanted to return the wig and be refunded. I received 1 email reply asking why I wanted to return the wig. Once I replied I haven't heard anything from them since. They have yet to reply to any of my follow up emails. I will be returning the wig which by the way smells horrible and looks COMPLETELY different from what I ordered and letting my bank know to stop payment!!! Ordered #H151233. Proceed with caution!!!!
