Terrible Service, Worse Product
We have been Momence customers for 2 years. Their product and customer service have gone downhill since they were bought out by venture capital in 2025. They downgraded our account for no reason and it has been a nightmare to get it fixed. We are paying $400 a month and can't use the product. They are taking out money and none of the features are working.
