I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER RYOBI PRODUCT. i will use what hand tools i have but NEVER recommend this product to anyone. NO PLACE TO REPAIR and you can't REPAIR yourself. it's only 3 years old sucks.. and a rip off of the customers. I know you could care less if you get bad feedback. ya already got my money but believe me i am going to at least enough bad feedback as i can. friends, social media. i even suggested my neighbor buy one and she did. now she is regretting that because she has seen how much a pain in the ass it has been for me to deal with this. 9-11-25. AFTER READING ALL THE BAD REVIEWS I FELT DEFEATED AND HOPLESS. I HAD TO POST MY EXPIERENCE AS WELL. FRUSTRATED AND MAD. WHAT A SURPRIZE! AFTER ABOUT 4 WEEKS OF TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO USE COMMON SENSE TO HELP ME RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. I WAS CONTACTED BY RYOBI CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED. EATING CROW IS NEVER A delicacy.
