2 stars for length and deliveryalthough it did take longer than what was expected
So I placed an order like a week or more before my bday either way it didn’t make it and I will take the blame since I did wait realizing every company is not the same regardless of their shipping dates. Now I ordered 32 inch Hd lace water wave. Of course opening it up out of the package looked good. After washing and conditioning the hair getting it ready to install is where the problem started. I do hair, and always wash and condition the hair before installing. This hair is giving don’t put any water on me. Because I’m so dry I can’t receive even an ice conditioning bath. It will show that the hair is dried out and looks like it the old hair that we have had over a year and been trying to be save. The hair itself is rough like dehydrated split ends one step from a birds nest. Apply my mixture and tried to mist that nothing. Very unhappy and pleased
