Beware this company will continue threaten you with lawsuits and availability to buy the logo you already paid them for. As you pay them for the use of the logo not the owner of it. Here is the latest email from them. I paid them close to 10 years ago for the logo. Email: Hi There Kindly be informed that we have a client who wants to proceed with the copyrights ownership of the same logo design symbol for the trademark that you purchased from us and using it. You purchased this logo first and used it for so long that's why we are approaching you first to retain its copyrights/ownership right to secure your logo. We have no issues giving him a logo with its complete copyrights but in case if the logo is trademarked then you may not be able to use the same logo anywhere.
