Under-rated gem?
I had found VPN Unlimited to suit my needs to a T, except that log-in to the remote server occasionally was slow, so I decided to try a highly rated alternative. Log-in times were better, but the app tried to do far more than I needed and really screwed up the rest of my computer/network system. Tech support was weak and slow. Finally I resolved all of the problems by deleting the app. That app had made me delete VPN Unlimited so I went back to VPN for help. In less than an hour, everything, browser, email, etc. were back in working order. VPN Unlimited does what you want, when you want it, and gets out of the way when you do not. In this case, simplicity is the ultimate virtue compared to the intrusive complexity of the competitor (highly rated by some other service).
