Difficult customer service and poor quality
I ordered a sweatshirt from the same company as one i have. The description on the website did not state the lettering is ironed on therefore I would have believed it to be like the one i own. On arrival, the sweatshirt looked cheap and all lettering/logo was ironed on. When i started a return i was told there was a 9.99 return label fee. I stated my concerns repeatedly until i finally asked for a supervisor. At that point i was told the fee would be waived - i won't know for certain unitl i recieve the refund.
