Nothing short of fantastic …
I would like to say that I really enjoy all the products that I have purchased from Fire MAPLE, I had a malfunction with one of the tops to one of the cook pots that I had purchased the Billy pot and I contacted the company and explained to them what happened and sent a picture and without any incident all I had an immediate reply stating that they would ship me a new lid I offered to pay for it but they declined that I love their innovation and the craftsmanship on all their products. I will continue to purchase in the future thank you very much for MAPLE, for such wonderful products and the great customer service.
