I've used Grab for quite a while now, and while it’s convenient, there are some areas where it could improve. The app itself is user-friendly and offers a wide range of services, from food delivery to transportation, which I find helpful. However, I’ve encountered a few issues that impact the overall experience. Sometimes, the estimated arrival times for rides or deliveries can be inaccurate, leading to delays. Additionally, surge pricing during peak hours can be quite steep, which makes it less affordable compared to other options. Customer support is decent, but it could be quicker in resolving problems, especially when it comes to refund-related issues. I hope they can focus on improving these areas, as the potential is there for a much better experience.
