Avoid car park , staff are rude
I had an extremely disappointing experience with customer service at the Asda in Basildon at Eastgate centre. The staff have no knowledge about their own customer car park and are always doing two things at once. None of the ticket machines were working and there weren’t any staff in the car park to help. I spent so long asking the Asda colleagues for help that my time then ticked over to five hours so I had to pay more. When I asked the staff if they could help they said they couldn’t when it clearly says on the sign in the car park ‘ if you need help ask a member of staff in the shop.’ Would not recommend.
