Seems impossible to start a plan
I’ve been trying to move our phone services to Aircall, but the experience so far has been incredibly frustrating. Shauna from the Sydney office initially provided an offer, which I accepted. However, when it came time to finalise the contract, things completely fell apart. Despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve now received three incorrect contracts none of which reflect the original offer I agreed to. All that’s needed is the exact terms initially sent through, yet somehow that seems too difficult to action. After the third incorrect version, I rang the office and was told the issue would be resolved that same day. That never happened. I’m not sure what’s going on behind the scenes, but onboarding a new customer should not be this difficult. Would appreciate if someone senior could step in and get this sorted urgently so we can move on.
