Poor customer service
I have reached out repeatedly to return a skirt that doesn't fit me. The return screen on my account still says that my return is pending. At this point I believe that I am outside of the one month return window and I am stuck with an expensive skirt that I can't wear. I don't understand why I need a permission email to make a return. I didn't get an email with my return instructions. Very disappointing because I love their clothes but I won't purchase again. See the reply below. Did I receive several emails? Yes, all to review my purchase but none to return it. I have looked through all of my emails
