Disappointing Return Experience
We bought a dress for our daughter for her special day. Everything seemed great, until we realized the dress was the wrong size and needed to be returned. For customers in the EU, the return process is incredibly frustrating. The company provides a return address in the USA, which comes with extremely high postal charges (50€ or more). This effectively makes returning the item not worth the cost. Worse still, they don’t disclose this U.S. return address during the ordering process, you only find out when you request a return. Buying from this site comes with SIGNIFICANT RISK. Be cautious.
