WithJoy refuses a refund
I used WithJoy to make a hotel reservation for my nephew’s wedding. The hotel they recommended went out of business with my deposit. They offered a refund or to find me a new reservation. I chose a new reservation. I then needed to cancel that reservation (I was within the cancellation window). They are now ghosting me and refusing to reply to my requests for a refund. I will be forced to take them to court to obtain a refund.
